"Coming Home" Wins Film Award

Coming Home has won "Best of Competition" in the 2014 BEA (Broadcast Education Association) Festival of Media Arts Faculty Production Competition in the Narrative category. The award will be presented in Las Vegas in early April.

Coming Home chronicles one soldier's nightmarish arrival home after deployment in the Middle East. Candace plays a woman whose mistaken identity has tragic consequences.

The film was also accepted for screening at the Charleston International Film Festival, which will take place April 9-13 in Charleston, South Carolina. It has been submitted to nine film festivals — including Sundance.
